I work solely on the basis of exclusivity or we agree on a fixed fee. This means that you give me an exclusive assignment where there is no competition from other agencies and where I am the only one setting out the assignment. You don’t hire me to do it yourself afterwards. It is all about confidence that your assignment is in the right hands and that I will successfully complete it. This applies to both Executive Search, finding an interim professional and also MBI coaching. It is not without reason that I guarantee that, should the chosen candidate terminate the contract within one year of the start of the employment, irrespective of whether this termination is initiated by the candidate or the client, I can start a new recruitment procedure for the position in which the candidate has been working for the client at a reduced rate.
